Should you wish to retrieve the work or design in the future, it will require the purchase of a brand new site package. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, any recreation of The Promo Pack’s ideas, concepts, or designs is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action. All artwork, images, and text provided or created by The Promo Pack remain the intellectual property of The Promo Pack and/or its suppliers.
A license for the use of any copyrighted materials created by The Promo Pack can be purchased separately. Without this license, your new website may not replicate or closely resemble the original design. You can read more in our Terms and Conditions here.
The Promo Pack will no longer be responsible for the site’s maintenance, edits, security, or any related issues following confirmation of this release.
